Not at all! I coach a wide range of athletes—from individuals who have never touched a barbell before, all the way to experienced, high-level lifters.

How do I receive my training programs?

I use a seamless, dedicated powerlifting mobile app to deliver your training blocks. This replaces tedious Google Sheets and makes data entry during your workout effortless.

What is the expected time commitment?

To ensure you make consistent progress, the minimum required commitment is 3 training days per week.

How does pricing work?
